Mustard greens turning yellow. If the leaves are turning yellow almost jaundice-looking and the center stalk is turning brown and getting a little soft chances are you might be overwatering your plant. At this point the mustard greens are a lost cause so I would pull up all of the yellowed and otherwise damaged plants and bag them. The fungus is spread by windblown spores and overwinters in crop refuse.

It appears that you have a number of insect problems. Leaves turn yellow and drop prematurely with this disease. Where numerous spots coalesce and turn large areas of leaves yellow.

They prefer a pH between 60-75 and soil that is well-drained sandy and fertile. Some of my mustard greens were turning yellow and looking unhealthy but when I cut back on watering and thinned them out a bit they seemed to do better. Heat the cooking oil in a skillet over medium heat.
